  this place has the slowest walk up window ever. One order with one drink was ahead and I waited over 15 minutes. When I asked about where my order was no one knew, they had attitude and the drinks were not good.

  Three strikes and you're out! Horrible wait times just for a hot/cold cup of coffee. I know that the Hesperia location on Main St. just opened a few weeks ago, but by now, I assumed they would have worked out the kinks. I went on a Saturday for an iced coffee and waited 25 minutes in line for my order, ok strike one. On 10/22/25 at 6:50am with three cars ahead of me waited 15 minutes in line for a hot cup of black plain coffee, strike two. Today on 10/23/25 at 6:55am, instead of going through the drive-thru, I went to the walk-up counter. Waited a few minutes to place my order for a plain hot black coffee. There were four people waiting that had used the app and ordered ahead of time, and they were frustrated that they were waiting for a significant amount of time for their order, some for 20 minutes. At the 13 minute mark for me I just cancelled my order and went to AM/PM down the street where I got coffee and freshly baked cookies for $3.75. Strike three! YOU'RE OUT! Dutch Bros. core values are Speed, Quality, and Service. They have completely failed in their values at the Hesperia location. Failed at speed failed at quality because AM/PM tasted better, and failed at service. I called their Corporate office and they took longer to answer my chat, than the three times I had to wait combined. Complain, and they offer a measly drink on your app. They do not value your patronage! Then read the owners comment in response below, it is a scripted response!

  Line was super long, waited 15 minutes just for a refresher. Never going to this location again.

  I placed a mobile pickup order and arrived when it said it was gonna be ready. I got there at the ready time and it wasn't ready, no big deal, right? I didn't mind waiting a few more minutes, things happen. However, I ended up waiting just over 30 minutes past the ready time!!!! Several people who came and ordered after me, with bigger orders, got their drinks first. It wasn't until my boyfriend went up to the window and asked for an update and the kid said "Oh yeah, sorry about that" and pulled our two drinks out of the fridge! How much longer were we going to wait if we never went up and asked for an update? They never even called our name. People have places to be and things to do. This is completely unacceptable. It's a miracle this place even has 2.6 stars

  Ordered my drink in advance and when approaching the window was told it was not ready. When waiting half the kitchen was pre closing while a long line of cars were waiting and several people were waiting outside. I do not understand pre closing and making people wait 15+ minutes when you could just make the drinks and wait to close until it dies down a little. I love Dutch but this location needs better direction
