There's no way the cook and the employee serving it did not catch that. They made it right when I pointed it out. I wasn't mad, I know they are following instructions.

The service was so great (something uncommon nowadays) and my BRC tastes so much better than usual. Like it was actually seasoned and put together with care. Call and get told to comeback, rush to get there so I do t have to wait in drive thru again and literally two minutes before 9pm…. ALREADY CLOSED!!!! So figure give them a call and they will realize it’s the guy they asked to come back and let me in to fix their mistake. Nope get told to go sit in drive thru again even though they closed early and they screwed up. Crazy world we live in fast food making good money now but has anyone gotten good service. I know I haven’t gotten service that represents the $20/hr they making now. BE BETTER or GET TRAINED!!!! Edit: Why not waste 10 more minutes for something I didn’t do, when they simply could’ve NOT closed early. 🤦♂️ So total invested time 30 minutes because basically waited 20 minutes before. Heck I paid and had to wait forever, so remind me where is the fast we are paying for.
