  On 4-18-26, I confirmed online that they were open until 11pm as I was coming from Hwy 395. I arrived just before 10 pm and got in the drive-thru line. Several cars entered the lines after me. At approximately 10:15 an employee, who identified herself as Rita, came out and placed a cone in front of my car. My granddaughter got off and asked why. She said that even though Apple maps indicate they close at 11pm they close at 10pm and registers don't work after 10pm, although there were several cars ahead of the cone she placed in front of my car and it was clearly after 10pm. She did not place a cone in front of the black car on the next lane that came after me. She was trying to get a hold of the manager/owner that she identified as December, as she said she was wondering why so many uber eats were showing up and people were angry. She literally had me blocked in their driveway (see pictures). I had to get out more than once to advise her she was not allowing me to leave. Several other employees came out the back door as spectators. It was approximately 11pm when I could finally back up to leave. She said she couldn't reach, December, when I requested to speak w/the manager. The pictures are approximately 45 mins after she blocked me in and most cars had left. CHAPTER 2 My daughter wanted to go to DQ today & needed a ride. Reluctantly, I took her. Once again we met up w/the dreaded cones (picture attached). For safety issues, I understand why a worker may block off one drive thru lane while changing a sign. But, why both lanes!? They obviously don't like business here.

  Is the lady working as a manager always this aggressive, or is it just because she worked a lot today? I’m just curious. She should be reminded to be more polite to people. Thank you.

  They are a $7 meal my kiddos love that fits my budget. They crew are all respectful, professional, and courteous. Love going here. Wish they had one in Adelanto.

  So tired of something being wrong every single time I order. Last night my royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard had NO STRAWBERRY ughhh. Tonight I PAID for 5 ranches for my meal I got 0. That’s just yesterday and today I’m not included any issues from past orders

  Worse customer service manager working Saturday 3/21/26 5 pm shift has the worse attitude she seems to be a Karen even her employees in drive thru are so rude don’t recommend going here not our fault they hate there job and behind the window there gossiping about the customers this isn’t right dwalker was the name of the drive thru cashier who also seemed like a Karen and couldn’t help swipe my card saying ohhh we can’t do that lmfao then manager looking like a Karen also yelling at me saying they can’t touch our cards first time I hear this in any fast food restaurant I will report to corporate
