We made our purchase on 31.12 during the day, when we came to the checkout the man who worked there was a big man with a neat beard in his thirties and was very rude and arrogant. We are foreigners and he did not want to answer some of our questions, he acted cold and uninterested. It is not right for him to behave like that.

Not sure the cause ( bad inventory management, less delivery's or fewer people restocking?) but as long time Hermosa beach resident this has been very noticeable. We shop then order online from whole foods to complete a dinner, regular shopping, or baking project. Something is amiss. Pavilions has done a great job of improving the interior and cleanliness but prices rival Gelsons and is more expensive than Pavilions in Newport Beach. Understaffed Checkout and Aisles with significant price (15-30%) increases on basics.
