- RBRaman BhattiMar 26, 20261.0I was going in very nicely. I talked to the lady. She show me bad attitude I ask her very nicely. Can I use bathroom please ? She said no sorry no bathroom. That’s the problem. Subway going down. The customer. Service is very poor.
- VFVirga FamilyJan 25, 20261.0I ordered for catering. Showed up and they stated they did not make my order. We confirmed that this was the correct store location. The woman working proceeded to argue and would not quickly make my order as I was the only customer in the store. I had called customer service through ecatering and they refunded my money but advised that the store owner did receive my order but did not process the order. Very poor customer service and would not work with me to make it right. Left empty handed to my event and had to go to another restaurant for quick catering since I was the one having to pick up food for our event. Very stressful and absolutely ridiculous.
