The self checkout cashier an older man with curly hair was extremely rude and impatient. He acted like customers who don’t speak perfect English are a problem. Honestly, if people with less than perfect English aren’t welcome, maybe Safeway should just put a sign at the door. On top of that, he messed up the checkout. Even after canceling the items I didn’t want, I was still charged about $11 extra. Careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
