I needed help with a coupon, and I was sent to Guest Services with what I believe was a front end manager. First she was on her phone, and when I asked for help it sounded like I was bothering her. It was also the way she was speaking to the other staff, I saw their visible discomfort which made uncomfortable to say the least. I believe her name tag said ‘Jahaila.’ I don’t make reviews very often but this experience compelled me to write this. Thank you for reading.
