  Very poor customer service in the meat department " very rude butcher " Not wearing beard cover while cutting meat!!!!! I won't buy meat from there anymore!!! Rude service and a health issue!!!!!!! If I could I would do 0 stars buy it won't let me

  Very sad experience here I came to the grocery store which requires me to go over the bridge just to play some lottery tickets I put a $130 in the machine and when to select the ticket you could not choose any amount. So I asked where was the manager this is Christmas Day so it’s very busy in the store and they said she is working at the register. I went over I did not want to bother her because she was assisting a customer with checking out the security guard who told me she was the only to help me told me to go over there the bagging lady who was beside the manager said customer service was closed I had to talk to the manager while this is going on right in front of her I see she is attempt not make eye contact with me. When she finally looked up I asked when she is finished with that customer can she assist me at the machine she preceded to ask me what do I need while she assisting the customer I said to her when you are done with the customer I just need over here they told me you are the only one who could assist she immediately started making excuses why she can’t help me and the person who deals with refunding when the machine is acting up is not here and she can not do anything. Then she changed it and said I can come over and look at it but I have a long line of “potential” customers since I already have the money in the machine I am not a actual customer without services or product. I didn’t understand the reason why she wanted to go back and forth me as if I’m just supposed to say forget the $130 dollars it doesn’t matter and go home. She proceeded to explain the only thing that can happen is they will give me a refund tomorrow. I asked who is they you keep using the word as if you are washing your hands with responsibility as a manager to assist with customer relations above all. She said the bookkeeper I asked what is their title I don’t understand what that means she says customer service and I asked what are their names and she gives me one name. I do not know what type of business is ran in this grocery store but giving one person access to assist in something as big as a refund for lack of service or products is absolutely ridiculous. She would not stop to take my name down or phone number or anything she just kept persisting on letting me know I’ll have to come back tomorrow.

  I placed an order for pick up yesterday. More than 24 hours before I needed to pick it up. It’s Christmas Eve and they tell me an hour before pickup time, with over 24 hours to fulfill the order, that they can’t fulfill it at all today.
