  I don’t know how hard it is to look at a screen and make the order the way that it’s listed. Must be the hardest job on earth to do. I buy my food and I drive 10 miles home just to open the bag and see that they didn’t give me a single thing on my order. They gave me somebody else’s food straight up. I spent like $15 just to get an eight dollar bag of food that’s full of crap I don’t even wanna eat and the Taco Bell is too far for me to drive so I guess I just lost 15 bucks thanks a lot

  Ordered at the kiosk, got served pretty fast, but the food looked so tiny compared to the pictures shown on the kiosk, so I was really disappointed about the amount of food, not worth it the amount of money spent , the staff was friendly and helpful though

  They need to figure out a system for their breakfast, I paid for pick up for breakfast and as soon as I went to pick it up they said it was past 11 so i cant have the order i paid for. I didnt want lunch/dinner so i asked for a refund and they said no unless it was on the app. Its my money, i ordered on time, and the only option they left me with was to use my money on things i didnt want. I ordered the dinner anyways and they only gave me the amount i paid for off my order, nothing for the inconvenience. If the breakfast is on the menu online and i ordered it then lay the items or ingredients to the side till we get there OR make up for the inconvenience instead of making me by stuff I dont want with my own money.

  I know, it's Taco Bell, but the lady at the drive thru always remembers me and is always extra nice! Always fast and if course I eat everything before I get home. Baja Blast Zero is a MUST!!!
