  I walked in at 6:20 p.m. tonight. Stood in front of two people making sandwiches. Both of them totally ignored me. They never even said welcome, let alone that they would be with me shortly. I stood there for a bit and then decided I would leave and sad to them, "Not even going to greet me? I walked out, with no asking me to come back or anything. So I won't be back. But I do hope the manager sees us and trains that guy and girl properly

  I tried to get a sandwich and substitute one of the ingredients and they told me I couldn’t what kinda shit is that u literally build a sandwich what’s so hard about substituting a ingredient the i been to other subways were u can build ur own sandwich without any issues

  I never been to a place and felt so unwelcome this past week I been there twice and regretted it poor customer service by some kids who seem to be really lazy not wanting to make sandwiches when you walk inn cause there to busy with online orders to the girl who thinks she owns that subway and rather throw away the subway i was going to purchase instead of putting fresh avocado like I ask the customer pays for the avocado not you. And for that rude kid learn to speak to people if you don’t want to work quit!!!
