  Food is 3 stars because even though they have Gluten-free options, they are not Celiac Disease Friendly. There is cross-contamination. Service was good and somewhat friendly. The cashier was great. The food prep-employee seemed to be having a bad day. It's okay, just don't be at the front. It makes me think that my food was made with subpar quality. Atmosphere is okay, but they have plugs everywhere and non worked. So I could not stay longer to study and atleast eat several meals( like lunch to dinner or breakfast to lunch). So I just got my food to go and pray that my food did not have much cross-contamination. The desert and baguette was gonna be a treat for my pet pig :@) I did use a gift card that was gifted to me.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Not once, but twice I’ve had to call to get reimbursement because my order was prepared incorrectly. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially since I spend good money here and genuinely love the fresh baked bread. Accuracy shouldn’t be this hard. Until they start paying attention to the orders they’re preparing, I won’t be coming back

  Decided I wanted to order through the app to make everything a little easier, turns out I was completely wrong. I got to the drive thru speaker and the lady asked me if I was using the app or not (already seeming to have a attitude) so I responded with “yes I will be using the app” she then asked the last name of the order in which I gave her the last name. When I got to the window it took about 2 minutes to open the window (not too bad) but she had a huge bag in her arms asking if I was another order but I couldn’t understand the last name she was trying to implicate. This is a tragic looking little white lady with glasses. Understandable as to why she had an attitude. Then I said couldn’t understand you can you please repeat, she then repeated it and I still couldn’t understand “is it blank (another persons last name)” I said I still couldn’t understand she then gets frustrated and says with the most attitude “what’s the last name for the order” as if she didn’t already ask me that at the speaker. So I reciprocated the energy SHE gave off and apparently my order wasn’t even made. (The receipt on the bag that was supposed to be ready 5 mins ago said ordered at the time I arrived at the window) another lady comes out I assume the manager since she wasn’t giving me eye contact and was trying to keep it professional then gave me my food. I said “thank you” and she just closed the window. All this because your workers couldn’t do their job right… at this point it doesn’t seem like they even like their job and need to take it out on customers instead ☠️. I shall be taking my service at other places like chipotle since the pickups are seamless there. Moral of the story come here if you want to get treated like a nuisance.
