    The food was typical Taco Bell nothing special but they literally have the music BLASTING. I asked the manager to take it down a bit and she said the owners keep it on blast to keep people out of the lobby. She sad the workers can’t even eat lunch the music is so loud. Sad they make their employees work in this environment

    Ordered my food for pick-up, but wasn't ready by the ETA given to me in the app. Went in to get my order because the drive thru was packed, but they hadn't even started my order. Waited about 10mins or so in the lobby as they were backed up on orders and seemed short staffed. When I finally got my order, it was missing some items. Didn't go back to get it fixed, solely because it was already busy and didn't wanna deal with the hassle or be a burden. Music inside the lobby is way too loud.

    Typical Taco Bell. But the music was SO loud we couldn't talk across the table. We asked an employee if she could turn down the music and she said there's nothing they can do about it.

    7am and the lobby music is louder than a night club. The elderly lady next to me asked me to ask them to have it turned down a bit so I asked and they flat out said no. Poor lady 80+ yrs old Talk about abuse
