We pulled into the drive thru at 11:10pm and they refused to take cash for my $45 order. I wonder how many sales you are missing out on nightly?

- AFAvila FamilyDec 11, 20251.0Never order mobile! Their priority is drive through. I ordered on the mobile app, the app said it was ready I live about 5 min away. When I got to sonic they told me they were making my stuff and I had to wait. Overall my order took about 30 min. The drive through was moving way faster. Plus the employees are dismissive and really don’t care. We will avoid this sonic from now on.
