And while I was waiting a few customers orders were wrong and they were also upset. I can see the lack of customer service within the four employees that were there and the one girl was on her phone in front of house.

Their "Skip the Line" machine refuses to work properly when you use the app with it. It wouldnt let me use any deals. The location doesnt support the app anymore. The rebranding is ridiculous.

When I finally got the food all the food but one burger was cold guessing that’s the burger they were waiting for before giving us our order
