- ECEvelyn CDec 28, 20255.0I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the professionalism and great customer service from the two employees at this location, one of them was a young lady and the other was a gentleman. I was in the drive-thru line, and when it was my turn a lady cut right in front of me. Not only was that frustrating, but she was also pretty rude to the employees and started yelling things at them. There are clear signs in the drive-thru to pick the shorter line and use mobile order for a reason.. Despite this, the employee who helped me handled the situation with so much patience and professionalism. They stayed calm, polite, and friendly throughout, and made sure I still had a positive experience. It’s not easy dealing with rude customers so I give all my praise to these two individuals.

I just ordered 3 different flavored drinks and all 3 of them have the same color and same flavor. We typically don’t complain, but it looks like a bunch of teenagers just throwing ingredients together. Maybe consider retraining your staff how to properly make these flavored drinks that are being advertised.

It’s not even a shake I will be calling in the morning.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
