Online ordering doesn't work, calling into the call center does not work if you have rewards you want to redeem, and trying to call the store is more difficult than the DMV. The online system is broken and they just don't want our business obviously. The quality has been going down for a long time, the last time I ordered a pizza I got an "oogly bubble pizza" just like the person a few reviews down and my garlic parm bites were burnt. Just because its edible doesn't mean we deserve that quality for the price we are paying compared to their profit. This experience of not being able to order at all just turned me off to this location and maybe off dominoes completely, this isn't the first time their online system has not worked and I am usually very patient but they are so very unreliable, the food has gone down, and try to get ahold of someone in the store is impossible, I literally got disconnected twice tonight before even reaching anyone about why I was calling. Do better.
