  I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for ONE FISH SANDWICH. There was only 1 car infront of me. I had to wait 5 minutes to place my order, then wait another 15 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window I sat for a few minutes and had to bang on the drive thru window and asked if the window worker was alone and if she forgot about me. She said "No" and I had to wait another 5 minutes because they just dropped the fish. I asked why did I wait so long in line and she said the guy ahead of me was talking to her about his taxes. Once I got the sandwich , the fish was burned and tasted like old oil, the lettuce was brown and the bread wasn't soft. I contacted customer service and received no response nor follow up. I threw the sandwich away and will never eat there again.

  I love it .. it was my first time n ordered 2 hamburgers for a good price n love dat they got a combination of sauces mmm good all around food service n atmosphere

  Lately the level of customer service that is strived for in the latest generations has been anything from comical to offensive to unacceptable and I was losing faith fast. Until I went to Arby's and Antoinette helped me out. If I could give only one 5 star review out a year .. I would give it to her. She was polite, informative, thorough and intelligent. Before she gets swooped up by a better job.. have her train the entire food service workforce. Thanks in Advance. J
