  This is not the first time I order a bacon egg and cheese CROISSANT and I get a BAGEL … does anyone working here know the difference?

  Donuts are not the greatest tasting in my opinion. My family members would rather get donuts elsewhere too. But the breakfast items taste good. Coffees are good. Not very warm and welcoming inside.

  Terrible customer service. The staff is combative and lacks basic customer service skills. Although this location is very close to my office, I will no longer bring my business here.

  I originally started to leave a bad review because they got my order all wrong. They handed me iced coffee’s instead of hot coffee’s even though I clearly stated I wanted 2 Toasted white chocolate lattes HOT! The girl looked confused and like she didn’t know what to do. I was in a hurry so I just told her never mind and compromised for the cold version of these drinks. I got a block away and realized they also forgot my son’s 10 piece munchkins so I had to go back. My son walked in and told her they forgot them and her reply was that no one ordered any munchkins (she didn’t even pull up our order to check). He came back to tell me what she said and I told him to go back and have her “pull the order.” When he went back in a younger woman named Courtney jumped in and said “are you waiting for the munchkins, assorted?” He said yes! She said “I’m getting them for you now.” She was super sweet and attentive to the customers. She even stopped to open the bathroom for my younger son. Shout out to Courtney for her excellent customer service and turning my 3 star review into a 5 star review.
