- KCkelsy changAug 23, 20251.0So I don’t understand what the issue is with the Healdsburg Subway and doing mobile orders through the app but every single time I’ve gotten a sandwich from the mobile app and like I gotta pick it up from Subway it is soaking wet and you know usually it’s not too bad however, today I bite into my sandwich. It’s soaking wet. I get home. You know I open it up the bread. The bread doesn’t even have any mayonnaise or anything. Any sauces on it and the bread is soaking wet. It actually makes a sound when I touch it and it’s really disgusting and honestly, I don’t know what the issue is but you guys need to fix it because this is ridiculous. Every. Single. Time. On the app the sandwhich’s are nasty and gross and not even what I order. Charging the prices you charge and then this is what the product comes out too is ridiculous like Are you serious? Oh and my meat was HARD so either I got the employee that hates their job or suddenly I have an opp at subway I don’t know but this is ridiculous
