    每次经过都没试过,那天就跑过来试试,不错,服务好,咕噜肉非常不错,至于焗叉烧包还需改善,不用等位,坐得还可以,肠粉不错,还送甜品,下次会再来! Hayward DMV附近

My family has been loyal customers of Tins for over 15 years. We’ve celebrated birthdays, weddings, holidays and countless milestones here. Wr have easily spent tens of thousands of dollars supporting this business. We truly believed we had built a relationship with the owners and their family. This past weekend, we came to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday and were treated like complete strangers. No greeting, no friendliness, no check-ins. Gilbert’s son barely spoke when taking our order and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for basic items like forks or napkins. The most shocking moment was when Alice hit me in the head while placing a dish on the table and didn’t acknowledge or apologize. Later, she became irritated when clearing a plate and stormed off after making a rude comment to my wife, that we had left “ ONE piece of beef!” The entire meal felt tense and uncomfortable. After 15 years of loyalty, this treatment was unacceptable and ruined what should have been a special night. We will no longer be returning. Loyal customers deserve professionalism and respect! This experience had neither, and shows the true nature of the owners of this establishment. Moving forward we will spend our money elsewhere where. We have noticed over the years the steady decline in the number of people dining here, no matter what time of the day of week you come; now we understand why. TERRIBLE customer service! We will now be going to Golden Sand Harbor in Dublin. The food is better and the customer service is Amazing!

The food here is the real deal, great Cantonese food. However, the service can be bizarre. A party of eight of us had a table reserved, one of the big round tables in a separate room. It was going to be a big meal and a big check for the restaurant. On my way into the room, I saw a several small plastic containers of hot sauce on a table. I took a couple of containers since my parents and I always ask for hot sauce at Chinese meals and have to wait for the sauce. I was about to sit down in the room, and a staff person in his 30s confronted me, telling me that the hot sauce was for takeout and that he wanted the containers back! These were small containers that any Mexican taco shop has for folks to fill with salsa. I was just astounded that the guy would argue with me about it, but sure enough, we had a small discussion about it, he continued to press his case until I said "Dude, are you really going to argue with me about two small containers of hot sauce?" Then he seemed to recover himself, realize how ridiculous he was being, and left. Maybe he realized that the entire party of eight was staring at him. Later, a female staff member brought out a dish, and this same guy rushed over and told her to take the dish back. Maybe it was the wrong dish. This particular male seems to be in charge of the restaurant; he needs to treat his customers better and not argue over something this small. The resulting meal was fine; but it's bad experiences like this that you remember.
