The bathroom stall had dirty toilet paper scattered all over the floor, and even worse, we saw used sanitary pads with blood on them along with bloody toilet paper. This is not only unsanitary but also a major health concern. I asked two different employees if the restroom could be cleaned and also requested to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was not available. Despite informing multiple staff members, nothing was addressed during my visit. The overall atmosphere felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the lack of urgency from staff made the situation even more disappointing. Management needs to take immediate action to ensure restrooms are cleaned frequently and that customer concerns are taken seriously.
