  The WORST subway and fast food experience I have ever had. The older lady worker is the rudest person I have ever met. She would turn the soda machine off so no one could get refills unless you paid an extra dollar for the refill. I asked for more veggies and she did not give any extra veggies unless you paid more. She skims the food. She literally yelled at me and came at me when I tried to get a refill. She has the worst customer service. She seems to get mad and upset at you when you try and use a coupon. She puts less food when you use a coupon. She tries to get more money out of you in sneaky ways, so be careful! She starts saying stuff like oh this is an extra dollar or this is an extra dollar. The worst subway experience ever. I get it, this is fast food, but come on, it's ridiculous. Never go here!

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. They have a restroom right there, yet they flat-out refused to let me wash my hands. I don’t know if this is some bizarre corporate policy or just the front desk being lazy and rude, but either way it’s disgusting. Hygiene should be basic common sense, especially in a place handling food. Completely unacceptable.

  The woman with the green/light colored eyes doesn't know how to make sandwiches. We asked for our sandwiches toasted and received them to be have cold bread and unmelted cheese. Asked for bell pepper and only received three pieces. We asked for combo with cookies and a drink but she charged them separately, speaking of cookies the chocolate chip cookies were hard and paper thin. Also did not have straws? She had to call someone to get straws and then wasn't even courteous enough to hand them to us. The way she wrapped our sandwiches was like a two year old did. The Subway on mission is way better compared to this.

  Food was good young lady working was sweet and nice..only problem was the older lady who came in when this girl had 5 footlong sandwich she made the lady question me about my coupon which was 3 subs for 19.99 saying chicken bacon ranch wasn't included in coupon..I've ordered multiple times same order at mission location no problem she was still screaming in another language at this girl for no reason smh not professional at all.also coupon only excludes the meat footlong
