The moment I walked in, I could feel the difference — the store was spotless, organized, and welcoming. What really impressed me was the owner. She was absolutely the best — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about every customer who walked through the door. You can clearly see that she takes pride in his business, and it shows in the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s rare to meet an owner so engaged and dedicated, and it made my experience feel personal and memorable. The girl working in front was also amazing. She greeted me with a smile, prepared my sandwich with care, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude added so much to the overall experience. My sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor — one of the best Subway sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Overall, this Subway in Hayward is on a whole different level. A great owner, a great team, and consistently great food. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming environment.

How'd she even get hired??? Secondly, she seemed very impatient and annoyed and didnt give me much when I asked for extra. I hope manager or boss takes this very seriously and checks their workers.
