One staff member, who I believe may be part of management or HR, appeared inattentive and dismissive toward both customers and coworkers. I’m sharing this because I genuinely want this location to do well. The atmosphere and service quality improve significantly when employees are respectful, engaged, and customer-focused. Hiring and retaining staff who bring that energy—especially during morning shifts—would greatly improve the overall experience.
