The person working behind the register looked like she hated her job, and every time I asked for something extra, she responded with attitude and acted like it was a problem. I ordered the Dubai chocolate sundae and asked for extra pistachio cream at the bottom. She told me they “can’t add extra,” which didn’t make sense because it’s literally just adding more. I also asked for extra pistachio cream on the side, and she completely ignored my request. I even went back because I assumed she added it to the sundae, but she hadn’t. When I finally tried my sundae at home, the hot fudge tasted burnt and left a weird aftertaste. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. Overall, the service and the food quality were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
