  I loved this supermarket, it has a lot of products from Mexico. For a moment, I truly felt like I was in Mexico. It’s very well organized, very clean, and very large.

  Pésimo servicio al cliente,fui a pagar al self check out y la empleada que estaba ahi no me dejo pues dice que llevaba muchas cosas le dije que ahi dice 25 cosas o menos yo conté mis productos y eran 24 y siguió de necia que me fuera a otra caja,deben entrenar mejor a sus empleados ya que no es la primera vez que me pasa,es el colmo si no van a dejar usarlas pues quitenlas.

  Today I was shopping with a cart full of groceries and urgently needed to use the restroom. I asked staff for the restroom code and was told security had it. When I approached security, the guard was on a personal phone call and acted extremely unprofessional. He told me the restroom was “out of order,” which was clearly not true, as I had just seen multiple customers coming out of it. After I pointed this out, he finally opened the restroom, which was fully operational. What made this worse was the response from the store manager. Instead of apologizing for her staff’s behavior, she tried to cover for him by repeating the same false excuse, despite the fact that several people had been using the restroom. A simple apology would have resolved the situation, but instead it was handled with dishonesty and zero accountability. This store seriously needs to work on basic customer service, professionalism, and honesty. Very disappointing experience.
