- CWChrista WellsMay 8, 20241.0Place closed at 8p, door was locked when I tried to pick up my online order at 7:04p. Fine. Was waved off by woman working inside so I waited outside while she made our order. Fine. She finally opens the door, doesn’t say hi, or apologize, or ask if my name was that from the order she just made, or confirm when I asked her if this was the order for Christa. I did check the receipt to verify it was in fact my order. Instead, she was on the phone. Fine. Ordered toasted sandwiches with avocado, spinach, pepper Jack, and other items. Instead, I was served an un-toasted sandwich with no avocado, and half the ingredients I requested. One of the sandwiches had avocado and spinach so I know they weren’t out of the ingredients that were omitted from my sandwich. For $16, I’d rather have Ike’s or Firehouse. At least, I’ll go to ANY other subway and avoid this one.
