  I frequently visit this location and today I received the worst customer service ever from the young Hispanic guy. I ordered the steak and egg breakfast sandwich in haste I forgot to leave a tip. When I arrived to the store I ordered a bag of chips online so I could leave a tip. Get home ready to eat my sandwich and he literally threw it together. The eggs were sitting on top of the meat. The cheese was melted into the white paper and the paper was rolled up into the sandwich. Was he mad because he thought I wasn’t going to leave a tip? Similar to Thursday when I ordered the club sandwich and asked for extra spinach and the young Hispanic girl literally gave me a bout 3-4 leaves of spinach and I left her a tip too. Are these young Hispanics prejudice towards Black people like I constantly hear about? Well, their acts just ruined it moving forward.

  Went at night like an hour and a half before closing, the guy making our sandwiches groaned and sighed at legit everything he would constantly ask “is that it? And “what else” he was rushing us, when I said I wanted all the sandwiches toasted he turned around and groaned and tsk’d loudly. 1/10 horrible service he put 3 tomatoes on my sandwich and I was so over it I didn’t say anything. Just put my sandwich in the bag bro

  I used to frequent subway. They have the rudest people making your sandwich right in front of you. Their prices have increased too much. I hate that they hide the veggies now, for some time now. Just not the same. I remember when they would greet you when entering and tried for customer satisfaction. That's gone

  Horrible customer service from Brian. Didn’t know that Subway will now dictate how much veggies you can have on a sandwich. And if it’s an issue there should be a system to charge for extra veggies. I was told they had to portion control after asking for extra onions. And this is after I was already paying for extra meat. It’s ridiculous and NO other ‘build your own’ food place would act like that.

  Fui el 28 de septiembre a las 9pm faltaba una hora para que cerraran y el trabajador estaba limpiando y me dijo lo esperara 5 minutos lo cual acepté! Esos 5 minutos se hicieron 15 y casi 20 y jamás fui atendido el trabajador no paraba de limpiar! Lo cual mejor decidí irme! Que clase de restaurante hace eso? Pésimo servicio! Si no te gusta el trabajo mejor ve a casa! Porque tengo que esperar a que acabe de limpiar el refrigerador para ser atendido faltando más de una hora para cerrar?
