I do admit it is a great deal and the ease of ordering through their app is not difficult. We have ordered and picked up from this location before and have been more than pleased, but the quality and service received when picking up our order this time around was less than satisfying. First of all, I submitted my pizza order at 6:30pm for a pick-up time of 8:30pm. I did not receive my order until 9:15pm. Secondly, my pizzas were not hot and were not cut into slices they were whole. I had to cut them myself when I got home. Third of all, the fries were not seasoned properly. They did taste good but as you can see in the photo, it is not evenly distributed across the fries. To reiterate, previous experiences from this location have gone well for us but this one was waaaay below expectation.
