How is it that I placed an online order for 10 wings and a personal pizza at 5:26 pm, get an email confirmation that it will be ready at 5:41 and still won't be ready until 5:55. I got there at 5:44 and the manager said 5 more minutes, then at 5:50 the person in the back tells me they're just waiting on the wings so I called the manager and he went to the back, waited another 5 minutes and when he came I just ask for a refund. I was on my lunch and had to drive back to work, but the thing I noticed was him telling everyone that came in 5 minutes more. One order had been there in a bag just waiting and he still told them 5 minutes. Avoid this pizza hut unless it's the only one near you and your willing to wait over 30 minutes.
