- CRCam Ruiz1 day ago1.0My son and I decided to get an ice cream after his baseball game today around 755pm the lady (pretty sure her name is javaid as that is the name on my receipt) may have been overwhelmed with the line of people but her customer service was extremely rude. My son sampled MAYBE 2 ice creams and I sampled only 1. I asked for the banana ice cream AKA monkey business and she gave me VANILLA after I told her again I wanted monkey business. She gave me the sample I wanted and when my son asked for another sample (which usually they are VERy generous with the samples - even if the spoon barely has some ice cream on it they still give us how ever many samples we want.) she told me that we can't test anymore that we can have only 2 samples and she gave us 3 SHE COUNTED THE ICE CREAM I DIDNT ASK TO SAMPLE AS A SAMPLE. I asked her why and she just said "no more sample for you guys" I bit my tongue and was just extremely annoyed.i looked at the lady behind me and she just shook her head with me. I get that it was Crowded and MAYBE she was overwhelmed but there is NO reason or excused to be so rude and stern to customers. The name on my receipt says javaid I'm not sure if that's her or not but she was the only one there I'm so disappointed bc we always come here after games and I've never seen her before but sadly our expectations were not met by her.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
