  Horrible customer service from start to finish. The place was dirty and didn’t feel well-maintained, including the restrooms, which were in poor condition. There was no menu available in store, so we had to look everything up online, which was inconvenient. The food was just as bad—honestly nasty. I specifically asked for light sauce on my pizza, and they ended up putting no sauce at all. On top of that, they didn’t even have cups available, which is pretty basic for any restaurant. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I will not be coming back.

  New York style pizza was not good at all very dissatisfied with it no cheese on the pizza crust was super hard I will not be eating pizza from there again

  I’m a student at Hanford west high school and I had ordered pizza for me and my friends for lunch I had the order scheduled to come to the school at 1:15pm, driver called cause he was there early and I said to wait a few minutes for me to get out of class only 2-3 minutes later I’m receiving text of him threatening to take my food back and when I called to let him know I was already at the gate for the food he was already aggressive towards me threatening to take my food back and making me reorder I had to wait cause the lady who would let me out for my food was talking to someone and I saw the delivery driver standing there angry with his arms crossed looking at me I was planning on giving him a 50% tip for coming early but decided not to with his attitude towards me I am utterly disgusted by this and do not want to ever order Pizza Hut ever again because of this man
