They messed up one of the sandwiches by marking it as "no cheese" however, when I gave it to a family member--who is highly Lactose intolerant, there was cheese tucked into it! The sandwich ended up in the trash. THIS is what I call inattention to detail!! Granted, this isn't a "high end" restaurant, etc., however, the sandwiches still need to be prepared exactly as ordered and carefully, to avoid food allergies of customers. Additionally, don't rush your customers when they come in the door. If you don't like your job, and can't provide excellent customer service, find a different line of work.
