I have been rear ended by a mcdonalds employee (off shift) in the mcdonalds 810 W Grangeville Blvd, Hanford, CA 93230 drive thru after paying for our meal at the first window. His name is Patrick Holland. Me and my wife were in the car and the employee that rear ended us was acting strange and off as i was trying to get his insurance information. He told us we should park in the front and figure it out but instead we stayed in the drive thru with the cameras and called 911 because we felt unsafe with him or that he would flee, or possibly be under the influence. The police refused to come to the scene because no one was “severely injured”, even though we made it clear that we felt very unsafe with this 35 year old man. The mcdonalds employees did absolutely nothing in the whole situation with their apparent off shift employee that was involved in the accident. The lady at the window that experienced it just said “oh Patrick” like she was surprised he rear ended us. Instead of showing concern for the situation and asking if me and my wife were okay after being rear ended in their drive thru with our car not even moving, a couple of the employees come to the window and outside to the drive thru and just stare and not ask if their customers are ok. One in particular named thatiana if that is her real name, was being extremely rude to us when we were trying to get information of the guy that hit us. The guy stated that we can ask the workers at the window where he works because they know him. So we did and she replied to us saying she doesn't feel comfortable giving that information out with a nasty attitude. When the guy just approved of it. It seemed like the managers and shift lead and even the employee off the clock were more concerned of their drive thru line rather than me and my wife that had just gotten rear ended. I feel as if thats very unacceptable. We ended up going back a hour later after finally getting their employees information for his insurance, to get a refund for the meal that we paid for before getting rear ended but never received. So i asked for Thatiana the lady that was being rude for the refund and she gave us an attitude and a hard time saying that we said “We’ll come back for the order.” Which we did but what doesnt make sense is how she can act like that after we had got rear ended by their employee that is off shift. She should have been more remorseful and helpful with the situation because me and my wife felt unsafe and the apparent employee Patrick felt very unpredictable. I gave her my card at the payment window and she says that we need to come inside to do a 2 minute refund… meanwhile when we got hit they had us moved to the front to figure it out instead of letting us be where we were while we are injured and having a adrenaline rush of not knowing what is going on with their off the clock so called employee. When the whole situation was finally settled we did have to go to the emergency room because we were feeling body pains. I would like to receive the camera footage of the accident that was caused by the employee as it will help my insurance claim and the overall situation. Because Patrick is trying to start a claim when he is 100% at fault and knows it. As a location with security cameras and evidence to this situation i ask that you please send over the footage of myself and my wife getting rear ended in my vehicle by your employee as it will help make my case a smoother process

Ordered a sausage egg & cheese McGriddle was given bacon instead called to ask for my correct order they said theyd remake it charge me for the new order then refund me the wrong one got home didn’t think to look at the remake because who would mess up twice ??? McDonald’s thats who no egg no cheese just a sausage McGriddle 🧍🏻♀️🧍🏻♀️

We came in to order our breakfast to dine in and the worker (cashier) told us to wait with a smart attitude. We waited for 15 minutes and the meantime the cashier seem like she ignored us. This is not the first time, lately the service is poor during breakfast time few months they had a cashier that was very warmly and kind but now the employees are cold to the customers. When my wife wanted to dine in I didn't want to because the service. We decided to leave and we are not coming back at this restaurant. The only person was kind was the young gentleman who was scrubbing the outside floor front of the Main entrance welcoming us in. McDonald's services has been down hill and I am a big fan of McDonald's food but now due to the bad service I will go somewhere else.
