  Went in and was helped by someone named le? This was my first time seeing her even though I do frequent this el pollo loco. This is the first time I've had someone so rude and dismissive, she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Then after taking my order she walked away and I could overhear the way she was talking to her other employees which was also very rude, demeaning and passive aggressive. Hoping to see less of her and more of the usual employees who are always so welcoming! The food was pretty good i will say, just got my usual pollo bowl.

  You always have to check your stuff when when you go to this place they charge you extra and then they forget to put what they charge you for in the bag. It’s happened to me at least four times and I’m so over it.

  I did drive-threw...staff friendly...chicken was very dry, my large rice was only 2/3 full, beans & macaroni were yummy...when you pay $50 for a 12 piece family meal you expect it to have sides full and juicy chicken 🐔...was very disappointed 😞

  Filthy dining room. Has food and trash covering most of the floor. Not one clean table. The alarm panel in the dining room next to the entrance door emitting a fast loud constant chirping noise. The urinal in the mens restroom is covered with a plastic sheet with an out of order notice and numerous corporate El Pollo Loco stickers on the sheet saying "enjoy your meal". What happened to this place? It never used to be like this! Makes you not trust the safety of the food.

  This has to be the worst polllo loco, every time I order with Uber Eats the order is missing items. And if I go eat there, there is never enough chicken made and they always make me wait 10 to 15 min extra just to cook chicken. Worst store ever, management not doing its job.
