Secondly, down in the picture below is what they gave me for my order. I asked for no rice add lettuce. Had it before in other pollo locos and never had a less than half bowl filled with almost no lettuce, no pico de gio, and like 4 sad chicken pieces.

I come here often and the times I’ve had her as the cashier she is always very friendly and gets the orders out quickly. (Usually when they have other cashiers they take a good amount of time to call orders out.) Today looked to be a very busy day; however, Jessica was quick with taking orders and getting them ready. Looks like she had just started her shift when I got there but she got right to work making everything run smoothly. All the times I’ve seen her there she is very good with keeping the lobby nice and clean while at the same time being attentive when customers arrive. Great Work!
