- ARA RCApr 13, 20265.0Fast and efficient service, I had my food ready in less than 5 minutes :) I went around 12:50 pm and it wasn't as busy; however, I've gone during rush hour in the past and still received great service!!

Having experienced the new Lemoore location (nothing against their staff) but the food just literally taste different! They seem to have different equipment. I prefer the other equipment from the older stores.

On top of that, I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. I didn’t even feel comfortable finishing my meal. This needs immediate attention—customers deserve better quality, proper portions, and basic hygiene standards.

Ordered double chicken and not only was it barely even a single order, I’m pretty sure they used the chicken from closing shift night before and just re-heated because chicken was burnt and dry. When you want to be known for fresh, authentic tasting food, don’t drive customers away with such below standard quantities and quality. $16 for a meal that was bad. Unfortunate

When i called the store the girl on the phone made it seem like the grubhub driver grabbed the wrong order. I corrected her and told her my name was on the outside of the bag but the wrong order was placed inside. She told me I needed to call customer service and that was all she could help me with. I asked to speak with the manager and she insisted she was the manager. I asked for her name and she said that it is policy that they can not give names. Their customer service is terrible and their "policy" is laughable. Will not be ordering from a place that has no accountability and does not try to correct their wrongs.
