- JCjulie cathleenNov 12, 20251.0Isn’t there a Health Department rule that allows the consumer to know information about products being sold in a food retailer/establishment ? When offering customers six cakes to choose from (smallest size = $50…more expensive than cold stone custom cake) it seems like Baskin-Robbins should be transparent, and provide “sold by” and “made by dates.” The owner/manager literally taught their employee to say, “I don’t know when the cake was made. I don’t know when the cake was delivered. My manager has a book that keeps track of the cakes that have gone bad. Only the manager gets to look at the book.” Since the Baskin-Robbins franchise owner in Half Moon Bay has a total monopoly, no competition and doesn’t have to care about customer service, I shouldn’t be surprised by the “you get what you get” attitude. When I asked if I could talk to the manager via phone or email… the response was, “No. You will have to reach the manager on yelp or other social media. I only work here. I don’t know my managers name or contact info.” Dear Manager/Owner: why did the cookie dough pie have a melted/refrozen white layer on top of the pie? Was it whip cream? Since I am not allowed to email you or ask questions in store, I am asking you here. #shopatColdStone #dobetter

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
