However, the prices are relatively high, so I use the Safeway app, which I recommend. The store has wi-fi, which is needed to do this. The store is old and dated, and I don't love that the bathrooms are in the back, behind the coolers. Sometimes there's a line of people waiting back there. The store seems understaffed, and the employees are often preoccupied and not especially helpful. I was even snapped at by one when I asked a question about the lack of assistance at the meat counter. Turns out the butcher was at lunch. Maybe put up a sign so people don't keep standing there? I'll probably be back, but I'm glad I don't live here and that this isn't my regular market.

There’s a big turnover with the employees, so you rarely see the same staff for long, and it definitely affects the consistency of the service. Prices are on the higher side, which makes shopping here pretty expensive compared to other stores. They also recently rearranged everything inside, and it’s been frustrating trying to find items that used to be easy to locate. The layout change didn’t really make the shopping experience better—just more confusing. It’s not a terrible store, but it’s not great either. It does the job when you don’t have many other options, but it could definitely use some improvements. Not sure why they put that gray dumpster in front. They also lack attention to detail, responding "thank you for sharing your thoughts and for rating us 5 stars." lol ha ha hahaha ha ha
