  Omg I ordered two happy meals in curbside taking more than 30 minutes and the person just parked also curbside he got his order and I’m waiting more than 30 minutes two happy meals still waiting!!! I think they forgot my orders!!!

  I placed an online order and arrived 10 min after and waited for another 30 minutes for my food and I order 3 value meals that’s it. The person at the window who had parked me forgot what my order was completely. When I arrived home I was missing 1 whole small fry from my order. I work at Jack in the box for two years, this is unacceptable fast food. Unbelievable and the young lady didn’t apologize at all for the wait. Worst fast food experience ever.

  The hours listed online say this location closes at 12 every day, but that hasn’t been accurate in my experience. I’ve arrived well before 12 multiple times, and they were already cleaning everything up and not serving certain items. If that’s the case, it really needs to be reflected in the app instead of still showing items as available. I’ve also gone in before breakfast hours were over and still missed out because no one attended to me when I arrived, even though I ordered through the app. It’s frustrating to plan around the posted hours and follow the ordering process, only to leave without getting what you came for.
