  Subway at Bon Air is a solid and reliable spot when you want something quick and customizable. The staff is usually friendly and efficient, even during busy times, and they do a good job keeping the line moving. The ingredients taste fresh, and it is nice being able to see everything as your sandwich is made right in front of you. The location is convenient, especially if you are already shopping at Bon Air, and the restaurant is generally clean and well maintained. Seating can fill up during peak hours, but turnover is fairly quick. Overall, it is a dependable choice for a fast meal that feels a little more personal than typical fast food.

  OK, just went to this location , First, I wanna say how inviting friendly and warm the personalities of Ruth and her coworker and I apologize. I forgot to ask her name cause I was so hungry for my lunch, but she wears glasses and they’re both super nice. I had a question or two about the Subway® phone app and they were very helpful inevitably I had to order my foot-long promotion sandwich on the Subway® app on my phone and that was really easy to navigate. Ruth is the one that made my sandwich and she put so much care into making sure that the protein or meat will spread out evenly. I got the bacon lettuce and mayo sandwich and I asked for extra lettuce. The sandwich was physically and visually excellent but Ruth put actual care into making a sandwich potions be spread out and so now was it physically and visually appealing but while I ate it, it was great because she didn’t just throw it on there. Haphazardly spread out the protein and get plenty of lettuce and I wanted more mayonnaise and she was just really nice and accommodating and then just finished eating my sandwich or half of it. I have the other half for dinner or lunch tomorrow, but I told them thank you because they were super nice and helpful with questions and the way I wanted my sandwich made, and then the way it tasted. It’s not always this type of experience anywhere we go as consumers and that also goes with subway locations it can vary but the subway shop they’re doing some great stuff there. The bread was perfectly cooked. It was just outstanding so I told him thank you and that I would write a review and I’m writing that review. They also honor coupons that other locations in Marin and/or Sonoma don’t necessarily honor so thank you to the ownership of this Franchise.

  Tasty sandwich, but $18 for a fast food sando with small drink and cookie seems like a lot, right?
