They have 5 or more people behind the counter dragging their feet. I’ve seen the manager tell people to go on lunch while they actively have customers out the door waiting to order and other customers trying to find a place to stand to wait for a bagel then eventually asking when their bagel will be done since they have been waiting 40+ minutes even after they ordered ahead of time.

The egg was cold and the bacon was cheap thin bacon. I also ordered the hashbrowns which were not very good either. They were grainy and mushy and just not appetizing. All this for 16 dollars. Not worth it!
