Not only is it hard to communicate because the people dont speak very good English but they dont seem to understand it either. I asked for 6 chicken honey butter biscuits and all i got was 5 honey butter biscuits, no chicken. I told them I was supposed to have 6 and they placed another one in the bag. Once I started driving away I noticed they all looked super small so I opened one and all it was is a honey butter biscuit. I had to sit out front for almost 30mins just waiting for them to get the order right. Pretty lame to be completely honest. How difficult is it to get a simple order right the first time? Just wow... when I finally got me food they said sorry and that they gave me one extra as if that negates the negative experience.
