- AAArianathecook15Oct 30, 20255.0Getting off a long day of work and I decided to get Taco Bell the line is long and then I proceed to order and wait in the long line again when I finally got up to the window, they handed me the wrong bag of food, it was a real crunch time for them, but I mentioned it to them, and the staff worked quickly to remake my food even though somehow, unfortunately it got lost in the system, they really beefed up their customer service, amazing customer service five out of five stars they deserve a raise, for their phenomenal customer service and handling a situation so top-notch, they really wrapped it up nicely
