The employees repeatedly looked at me over the counter, and even after I told them multiple times that I’d been waiting, nothing changed. Instead, they kept prioritizing online orders for people who weren’t even there yet, right in front of me. It honestly felt disrespectful and awkward, like I didn’t exist. When I finally asked again, I got excuses instead of accountability. I understand this is fast food, and expectations aren’t high, but basic acknowledgment and effort shouldn’t be too much to ask. The staff seemed completely disengaged, like they’d rather be anywhere else, and that attitude shows in the service. This location needs serious intervention from management. If you value your time or basic customer service, DO NOT COME TO THIS TACOBELL.

I ordered a bean burrito and extra beans, no sauce, no onions and a taco supreme. They were great at taking the order, didn't stress about specifications and greeted me with kindness! The portions were great! The taco wasn't soggy or dripping with grease like the one by my house. The ingredients were fresh. Overall great experience! Only complaint is the price. It was around $7. No drink.
