She wouldn't fix it. I bought a steak bowl with all the fixins and was charged just 3.00 more, which is ridiculous. Won't be back to this location
- NSNick SAug 15, 20251.0I just don’t understand chipotle employees. Are they scared to roll a burrito or don’t know how?? I mean the baby scoops they give just had me dying. Then you kindly ask for some more and they literally take the edge of the scoop/spoon and put a sliver more on. 2 scoops of salsa is half a scoop and then a tiny corner of the spoon hardly even equals one full scoop. Chipotle has gone downhill and needs to train their employees better. On the rare occasion you’ll get an employee that actually gives you a full scoop of everything. Chipotle … get your crap together. Used to be one of the larger burritos you could get! Now they’re shrimp size and don’t even dare order through the app. It will be as small and a Taco Bell bean burrito.
- ALAubrie LaffinJul 25, 20251.0Burned, yet again. Went through the drive thru around 12:30 today and they forgot the chips we ordered and the sides of sour cream and salsa. I went back around to ask for them and got them so even though inconvenient it wasn't the real issue. The issue was that the food was tasteless and the order wasn't made right either. There was no queso on my husband's burrito which we paid extra for, and there was rice and beans on my tacos when I didn't want or order that. Every couple of months we try to go again because it used to be good and we are hoping for it to change since it's so close by and convenient.
