- RDRon deezzee4 days ago4.0I've been in Grand terrace for 15 years and McDonald's has been a major staple for my family and I and I love this establishment. Mgr. Monica didn't "get her lastnight" but was at the register when I walked up didn't speak as she was counting money in the register. 1 minute passes then 2 minutes until she finished with even greeting or even saying one second someone will be with you shortly. I guess Managers don't help customers but I've seen managers here help me before. Pretty rude to just look up at me and walk off Mgr. Monica. 11/20/2025-2:45pm

- KKKelly KellyOct 8, 20253.0I knew McDonald's was evil ever since it was making fun of Soviets in line for a first McDonald's in USSR (not because we didn't have food but because it's was first business from overseas). Now the evil grimace is showing in the US to Americans. The corporate took out soda machines and like a dummy you've got to stand there and beg employee for a cup of water. Been standing there for 5 min and still didn't get water. Since there is only one soda machine for the whole restaurant and it's in the drive-thru, it has to go through all the orders of drinks on the list before dispensing a cup of water 🤦♀️ P.S. and if you wish to have a refill on your soda, they have to throw away your cup and get a new one which created tons of pollution. I guess once evil is always evil in case of McDonald's. 💔💔💔
