I took my niece for ice cream and she started crying because she didn’t want the wizard cup her ice cream came in. I politely asked if I could have a princess cup so I could transfer the ice cream for her, and the employee refused with no solution. It was a very small request that could have easily helped a child and made the experience better. Because of this, I’ll be going back to the other Baskin-Robbins location even if it’s farther away

My wife asked for the code and the lady told me wife there was someone in the restroom when my wife and I knew there was not . I told the lady there was no one in the and knocked to show her there was no one in the restroom but the lady raised her voice at me in the pressance of my 7 yrs old daughter and wife. Her blatant disrespect was showing me she had a issue with me just being a paying customer in her store. So sorry to even leave a post like this but please be aware when visiting this particular ice cream shop.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
