  I want to give my flowers because when I go to McDonald's I expect a "whatever" experience. Like, the bare minimum. When I came here, 2/24/26 @ around 10pmish, the person in the drive-thru was fast, cool, and prompt. Then I proceed to pickup my food and it was quick, and the guy who handed me the food was super attentive. Everything felt like Chick-Fil-A quality service or In-N-Out. I was pleasantly amazed, and I just wanted to say thank you! Whoever the crew was yesterday at night February 24th, 2026. Keep them, they are special. Made my $5 Spicy McChicken Meal quick, fast, and hot. Thank you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at the McDonald's on Balboa & Rinaldi in Granada Hills. Kelsey, the cashier, was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful while taking my order. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. It’s rare to see customer service like that these days, and it really stood out. Thank you, Kelsey, for being so kind and professional — you made my day better! 😊

  We ordered three value meals and a side of fries through the drive-thru. they weren't available at the time so they asked us to pull up and wait so we waited. We didn't bother to check the bag which was our mistake before we pulled off it wasn't until I got home when we realized there was not one fry in that bag not one order of fries made it in our bags are the three value meals and a side of fries. So double check ✅
