She told me the store had just one. Are you kidding me.......One cart? They have numerous disabled parking spaces but just one cart. Shame on you Vons. I took my business to another store.

Waiting 15-20 minutes to checkout is unacceptable. Location is understaffed and the turnover is noticeable. Another observation are pets, when did it become so pet friendly. I love dogs, these are not service dogs, management please in force the policy only allowing service animals.

I went on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. and was told no one was available to assist me and to return at 7:00 a.m. The next morning, I returned at 7:10 a.m. and was told only a supervisor could help and that one wouldn’t be available until around 10:00 a.m. This resulted in unnecessary trips and wasted time. Hours and service information should be kept accurate and up to date.
