  The machines had taken over. The year 2033. In place of creativity, the AI Supercomputers crafted a precise, algorithmic aesthetic that they assumed hu-mans would enjoy. Restaurants were given seating with only right angles and no padding. Ceilings were painted black. Repeating pattern logos of the establishments adorned the walls. No music. No human interaction, only the lifeless “rectangle of ordering”. This is what I walked into today at the Taco Bell dining room in Granada Hills. I’m not sure if corporate hates us or is just clueless. Bar none the most seemingly purposeful uncomfortable dining experience of my life. The next time I think about enacting vengeance upon my enemies, I’ll come here to see what prison lunch rooms are like to change my mind. Taco Bell y’all cray cray.

  Absolutely one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I received my order, it was clear that quality and customer service are not a priority at this Taco Bell. The food was flat-out disgusting. Items were cold, poorly put together, and tasted old, like they had been sitting around far longer than they should have. It honestly felt careless, as if no one bothered to check the order before handing it out. What made the experience even worse was the service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs properly. After realizing how bad the food was, I decided to call the location to see if there was anything they could do to fix the situation. Instead of being met with professionalism or even basic courtesy, the person who answered the phone immediately gave me attitude. She didn’t listen, didn’t believe what I was saying, and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by calling. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, she talked over me, tried to shut the conversation down, and then literally hung up on me while I was still speaking. That level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially for a business that deals with customers all day. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters — and this location handled it in the worst way possible. This wasn’t just bad food or slow service; it was complete disregard for the customer experience from start to finish. I’ve eaten at many Taco Bell locations, and this one stands out in the worst way. I strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether. Save your money, your time, and your frustration. Do not come here unless you’re prepared for terrible food and even worse service
