- HNHeather NapDec 23, 20251.0I received an email stating my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, the store had absolutely nothing in stock except for three bagel flavors. This order should have been canceled by the store instead of wasting my time and gas. The location itself was disgusting—filthy floors and zero maintenance. The staff is incompetent and spends more time talking to each other than working. The Manager, Melody (or Melanie), was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I repeated her name back to her so I could remember it for my records, she turned around and started shouting at me in an attempt to be intimidating. To top it off, corporate is now claiming a refund takes 30 days because they have "franchisees" they apparently can't control. I am not waiting 30 days for my money. I am filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding these predatory refund practices and emailing the CEO, Paul Carbone, directly. This place is a disaster from the management down to the hygiene. Avoid this location at all costs.
