Hard flaky impossible to bite into. Obviously old...It's overcooked and few days old apparently then he acts all innocent and acts clueless. He says they are all hard like this..... NOT. Many other subways that have fresh cooked bread. Not hard at all...Learn how to cook it and don't give out old bread kid!! He has zero clue on how to make a sandwich and cares less. Also don't give out old turkey can cause major illness!!

Not only was she declining to cancel my order but she was very rude to me. I will never be coming to this location again and I want my money back.
