He should get a raise. He should get a promotion because his customer service is exemplary and I’d say that because I’m an older person who’s just not tech savvy, and he always helps me out trying to place my order on my phone and he’s patient. he’s helpful and he’s knowledgeable and it’s just so appreciated because I can guarantee that a lot of employees had a lot of fast food places. Don’t have a clue how to access their apps and help the customer and he does and it just makes such a difference.
